What for? Why do you have to make an anvil by hand? You would have been better off investing the time required in your education. It doesn't seem to be very good.

Looks like you'd have made it a lot easier on yourself if you'd started with the two flat bars, and left the welding of the rebar knot for last. That would've left all your drill locations accessible throughout the build, and allowed you to drill and chamfer the holes comfortably without that rebar sitting in the way, and without having to use that drill extension, which not all of us have. Is there a reason you chose this particular order? Bloody nice shelf supports though. I'm already envisioning how one could produce these more efficiently by using a custom bending jig to keep everything aligned and symmetrical as the rebar is being bent, in case you'd want to use them in larger quantities throughout the house. Definitely doable.

It does look stunning. But i have to ask: is the Rebar really just for decoration? Why not weld the knot at the backside to make it a strong structural part?
